We are working with Independent shipping and logistics companies, which assure safe and on time delivery of product. They have their own portals as well from where it would be possible for you to track your orders effectively.
Privacy & Security
For us privacy and security of individual data is utmost important. Each data is stored in an encrypted format and only accessible to the owner of the data. We DO NOT SELL DATA to any one under any circumstances.
Returns & Replacements
The Returns & Replacements will be carried out by dealers only. You can send the details of the product with its corresponding images to returns@onyourwish.com . We will once verify the images received from the customer and confirm with the seller and will either ask the dealer to replace the product or return the payment. The decision of the dealer would be considered final, though we will also try and push their decision to be neutral and support valid points.
We are trying our level best to keep the ordering process easy. The ordering process is intuitive and easy but we will also be working on to making necessary changes and get it simplified for everyone.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment :- The payment at present would be online only. We have not yet added Cash On Delivery which we are planning to integrate soon.
Pricing :- The pricing are set by the respective Dealers and no price has been added by the website On Your Wish. This is started as a platform to make sports goods and accessories available to one and all from a single place.
Promotions :- The promotions for the products on google can be requested and we will be able to integrate that as well for individual members. This would be paid and it would help in lead generation for your business. In order to subscribe for the same please send a request email to ppromotions@onyourwish.com
Viewing Orders
Each registered member on the website has an option to view his / her order from their own personal account. We have Guest customer also available, for them it is possible to only track via mail.
Updating Account Information
There is an option to change the Account information from the My Account section, which enables the user to change his / her information as per the need.
